Die By The Polls

(Based on my public  Facebook  posts  from Oct 21, 2021) I am going to make a preposterous claim: I, a nobody like yourself, wrote something on a public forum that caused the most consequential election of our lives, the 2016 election, to flip for Donald Trump. (2016 is the most consequential election because it  made Trump's 2024  win, and everything that is about to follow,  possible .) This crazy claim may seem less crazy if we break it into two parts: 1) one man, unfamiliar to most people but with an enormous influence on the election, did something which,  had it not been done, would have caused Hillary to win by default, and 2) he did it because I had written in a small public forum, owned and read by that man and the handful of his staff, a particular argument concerning his and his small firm's future, which caused him to change course and inadvertently and unwillingly deprive Hillary of her victory.
